REAL Pipeline is a lead and listing tracker built for a single real estate agent's personal use. The only data it handles is what you type into it yourself:
This information is stored locally on your device only, using standard on-device app storage. It is never sent to a server, because the app doesn't have one.
When you tap "Import from Contacts" on the New Lead screen, the app opens your iPhone's native contact picker. You choose one contact at a time; the app never gets blanket access to your address book, and nothing is read from your contacts unless you explicitly pick a person to import.
When you set a follow-up date, showing, inspection deadline, appraisal date, or recurring check-in reminder inside the app, it creates or updates an event on your device's own calendar so it shows up alongside your other appointments. This only happens when you tap a button to schedule something — the app does not read your existing calendar events for any other purpose, and nothing about your calendar is transmitted anywhere.
The Settings tab includes an "Export My Data" option that creates a backup file and hands it to your phone's native share sheet — you choose where it goes (Files app, iCloud Drive, email to yourself, AirDrop, etc.). We never see this file and have no way to access it. A matching "Restore From Backup" option lets you load that file back in later, for example after switching phones.
This app is a business tool intended for use by a licensed real estate professional and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds optional cloud sync — this page will be updated and the effective date above will change accordingly. As of the date above, the app is entirely local-only, as described.
